Ms. Olsen completed her Masters of Science in Software Engineering at the University of St. Thomas in 2006. She has worked in the data warehousing and business intelligence field for over 20 years, as both an employee and consultant, developing business intelligence content as well as taking on a solution architecting role and technology implementation and training role for multiple Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Carmen also holds a master level Data Analysis and Design certification from ICCP. She enjoys reading, traveling, triathlon, and hiking in her leisure time.
